After Care

An upright position is recommended for 4 hours immediately after treatment
No exercise until 48 hours have passed after treatment
No saunas, steam rooms or heat treatments for the face until 48 hours have passed after treatment
No facials until 48 hours have passed after treatment
It is recommended that you have treatment at least 2 weeks before going on holiday or to an event, to allow time for the anti-wrinkle muscle relaxing injections to reach their full effect
Aftercare will be discussed and a pdf version of the leaflet will be sent to your email address
You will be given the opportunity to look in the mirror, ready to return to your day
A review appointment will be made to ensure you have the desired effect.

No facials until 14 days have passed after treatment
It is recommended that you have treatment at least 2 weeks before going on holiday or to an event, to allow time for the treatment to completely settle
Do not touch the area as there is risk of infection in the minute injection sites
Ice can be gently placed on the area (wrapped in a sterile covering) to ease any swelling or discomfort
If any bruising is apparent, ice (as above) or arnica can be gently applied to the area
